Job Title: Laboratory AssociateCompany: GeneGoCell Inc.Location: San Diego, CA 92127Job Type: Full TimeJob Description:GeneGoCell focuses on providing top-quality, innovative and fast-turnaround customized services in Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS).The candidate will work in a GMP/GLP/ISO-compliant testing laboratory. The ideal candidate is required to closely follow SOPs and produce high-quality and consistent results. This role requires performance of repetitive work, including.1. molecular assays including,<ul><li>sample sorting and organization</li><li>DNA/RNA isolation,</li><li>various Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS) library prep, and</li><li>sequencing loading</li></ul>2. shared lab organization and management tasks assigned by lab management.Requirements:<ul><li>Min B.S. degree in molecular biology, cell biology, or relevant biological disciplines</li><li>1-2 years hands-on molecular assay, particularly NGS experience is preferred</li><li>Ability to closely follow instruction and standard operating procedure (SOP)</li><li>Clear logic and analytical skill</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Self-disciplined</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>DNA or RNA isolation: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>PCR: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>NGS Lib Prep: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Pay: base salary ($50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year) + performance-based bonusBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>nucleic acid isolation/purification: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>San Diego, CA 92127 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
