This role is a critical part of our Engineering team which is dedicated to ensuring technical consistency, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all manufacturing and capital projects. As a Senior/Principal Engineering Standards Steward, you will serve as the custodian and strategic driver of our organization's technical specifications, design guidelines, and standard operating procedures&mdash;bridging cross-functional teams to embed best practices and prevent over-engineering that inflates costs. Working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts, Quality, EHS, Operations, and external partners, you will champion the adoption and continuous improvement of engineering standards that enable innovation while maintaining the highest standards of GMP compliance and Lean optimization.
The Opportunity
As the Senior/Principal Engineering Standards Steward, you will own the complete lifecycle of our technical standards portfolio&mdash;from creation and validation through implementation and continuous refinement&mdash;while serving as the primary advisor and custodian ensuring alignment across all engineering disciplines and projects. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Establish and manage the central repository for all engineering standards (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Automation, etc.) with clear version control and change history</li><li>
Drive standards relevance and currency through a formal review cadence that monitors industry trends and regulatory changes, triggering timely SME input to prevent obsolescence</li><li>
Lead end-to-end implementation strategies for new or revised standards, including development of training materials, e-learning resources, user guides, and facilitation of workshops to ensure seamless adoption across projects and operations</li><li>
Challenge over-engineering and gold-plating by partnering with project teams and SMEs to justify high-cost specifications and ensure standards reflect &quot;fitness for purpose&quot; rather than maximalist designs</li><li>
Translate field feedback into continuous improvement by facilitating lessons-learned sessions, performing root-cause analysis, and iteratively refining standards to prevent recurring mistakes</li><li>
Align standards with GMP requirements in close partnership with Quality, ensuring regulatory compliance without unnecessary bureaucratic layers</li><li>

Who You Are
Requirements for Senior:<ul><li>
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences capital projects, manufacturing operations, or engineering environments</li><li>

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Oregon for the Senior is $90,600 - $168,200 and the Principal is $109,900 - $204,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Drug Substance Technology Project Leader

The Opportunity
The Sr. Finance Enterprise Partner - Therapeutic Area (Sr. FEP - TA) will serve as a strategic finance business partner to the Squad Lead and become an active voice in decision making within the Squad. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery of financial commitments by enabling data-driven trade-offs across functions, integrating insights from Customer Engagement, commercial, medical affairs, market access, pricing, and gross-to-net elements (rebates, discounts, reserves).
The Sr. FEP - TA is also a key connector to the Global team and partners strongly with PT for managing inventories, with R&amp;D to understand pipeline possibilities and partnership in clinical studies, with HQ to provide transparency in our commercial results and strategies.
In addition, the Sr. FEP - TA will serve as a leader for other FEPs and ensure oversight of performance and delivery of FEP value within the squads.
The ideal candidate connects financial rigor with operational realities, driving alignment across the business to maximize value, optimize resource allocation, and support sustainable growth. Each Sr. FEP - TA manages directly a P&amp;L of roughly USD 6B in sales.<div>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</div>
Strategic Finance &amp; Business Partnership:<ul><li>
Partner closely with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Pricing, and Field Leadership to deliver financial targets.</li><li>
Act as the finance lead for portfolio performance, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.</li><li>
Enable trade-off discussions across initiatives (e.g., promotional spend vs. access investments vs. pricing strategy).</li><li>
Support scenario planning for product lifecycle decisions, launch planning, and market changes.</li><li>

The Opportunity
The Finance Enterprise Partner - CMO oversees the financial health and cost-efficiency of the Commercial Marketing Organization (CMO). Serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role bridges financial rigor with operational reality to optimize resource allocation and drive sustainable growth.<div></div>
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership &amp; Decision Support:<ul><li>
Thought Partner: Advise the CMO on investment prioritization and trade-offs.</li><li>
Performance Liaison: Connect marketing analytics to financial outcomes, providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.</li><li>
ROI Analysis: Evaluate investment returns and provide recommendations that balance short-term commitments with long-term value.</li><li>
PR Support: Support Public Relations structure (20% time) to align strategies and investments to portfolio prioritization.</li></ul>
Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A):<ul><li>
Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the function.</li><li>
Performance Management: Monitor plan vs. actuals; identify risks and opportunities early.</li><li>
Reporting: Oversee month-end reliability and prepare executive-level reporting on performance and compliance.</li></ul>

Who You Are<ul><li>

Expertise: Strong understanding of pharma revenue mechanics (pricing, gross-to-net) and matrix environments.</li><li>
Skills: Advanced financial modeling, executive-level communication, and strategic business acumen.</li></ul>
