<b>JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>
Design and develop 3D assets, environments, and animations for VR training.</li><li>
Build interactive VR experiences in ModestTree (a Unity Based Training Software).</li><li>
Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom&rsquo;s) to ensure training effectiveness.</li><li>
Translate learning objectives into immersive, visual training scenarios.</li><li>
Test and refine VR simulations using user feedback.</li><li>
