<p></p><div>Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Abrams program:<ul><li>
Proactively lead variance analysis, identify risk and opportunities, and make recommendations to optimize program profitability or mitigate risks</li><li>
Perform EVMS tasks, reporting, and processes including processing Baseline Change Requests</li><li>
Perform cost performance reconciliations, reporting, and help lead status reviews and briefings</li><li>
Support monthly orders, sales, and earnings forecast; quarterly cash deep dive, estimate at completion analysis; and annual operating plan development</li><li>
Assist with completion and submittal of the annual cost and software data reporting</li><li>
Support internal and external audits</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of EVMS principles preferred but not required</li><li>
Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex financial ideas and recommendations across all levels of the organization</li><li>
Strong team focus, able to work collaboratively with a wide range of business partners and stakeholders</li><li>
Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning</li><li>
Innovation and results oriented, able to anticipate issues and work independently with ambiguity</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills</li><li>
Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion preferred</li></ul></div>
