The selected candidate will be a member of the GDLS JBLM/Sumner team supporting the UKR Ops chat. 
Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate and interface with customer representatives at command level, as well as senior program manager office representatives.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain configuration management for Stryker variant of vehicles in Poland.</li><li>
Monitor &ldquo;SIGNAL APP&rdquo; 24/7 chat. Must be able to articulate troubleshooting techniques in written (text) form promptly, professionally, politely, and accurately.
</li><li>Use skills, abilities, and workload demands to set mission priorities and maintain Operational Readiness Float (ORF) in the Poland FRA and down range.</li><li>
Conduct hands on training or sustainment training program for General Dynamics Land Systems mechanics, and M&amp;E contractors.</li><li>
Oversee and assist with preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on all Stryker variants to include sub-components and LRUs pertaining to the Stryker Platform.</li><li>
Oversee and troubleshoot and correct malfunctions in automotive systems (full up power-pack FUPP (engine, transmission, cooling), fuel, exhaust, driveline and suspension ) using built in test equipment (BITE), test equipment and/or manual troubleshooting procedures (MTPs), common and special tools and applicable technical documentation.</li><li>
Complete maintenance and administrative forms and other paperwork (reports) related to performance of duties.</li><li>
Provide property accountability for all assigned property. Assistance for property accountability where needed.</li><li>
Perform all duties in accordance with ISO processes.</li><li>
Perform duties as site Field Representative; Environmental, Hazmat, Safety, Fire prevention and administrative functions.</li></ul> 
Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be certified graduate of the Stryker FSR Academy</li><li>
Must have High School Diploma and/or GED</li><li>
Read and interpret troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures and flow diagrams for systems, subsystems and components.</li><li>
Travel to remote CONUS/OCONUS locations on short notice to support contingency operations.</li><li>
Work in improved and unimproved maintenance facilities, as well as other field environment and work duty locations as required.</li><li>
Occasional work in confined space within vehicle interior.</li><li>
Potential for exposure to temperature extremes in performance of duties.</li><li>
Physical requirements: Must pass and maintain company deployment requirements.</li><li>
Must meet and maintain ASR guidelines for driver's station entry as described in Standard Practice 2-644.</li><li>
Dexterity in fingers of both hand</li><li>
Carry 70lbs (tool box or parts) up to 50'.</li><li>
Multicultural work experience preferred.</li><li>
Administrative and office skills required (Microsoft Office, EXCEL and Power Point). 
(May be required to demonstrate abilities).</li><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain successful NACI background for CAC (Common Access Card).</li><li>
Must be a U.S. person.</li><li>
Must be able to gain and maintain access to all military installations in which the work is performed.</li></ul> 
Position Salary Range: New hires generally start between $87,500 to $92,000 per year. Applicant&rsquo;s placement within the range is based on qualifications and professional experience. The full salary range for the position is between $68,100 and $104,200 per year. 
Position Incentive: Hired applicant will be able to receive an annual bonus.
