Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Manages security protocols and ensures they are followed for the protection of the organization's property, assets, and people.
</li><li>Maintains and may implement safety and security protocols for assigned facilities.
</li><li>Managing the coordination and administration of security clearances.
</li><li>Ensures processes are in place for preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and evicting trespassers.
</li><li>Review and/ or respond to requests for safety/security assistance from employees.
</li><li>May coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
</li><li>Takes proactive steps and assesses risks to ensure a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
</li><li>Leads the investigation of crimes with leadership support.
</li><li>May conduct educational activities related to safety and crime prevention.
</li><li>Assigns or oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards.
</li><li>Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas.
</li><li>May also act as a liaison between site security and IT to ensure proper access is maintained for high security areas.

Travel Requirements: No or very little travel likely. Pay Range (USD): Min= 85,000; Mid= 100,000; Max=115,000 Pay Transparency Statement: The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. GD-OTS provides reliable and affordable composite products to the defense and commercial aerospace markets. With more than 60 years of expertise, GD-OTS designs, develops, manufactures, and tests a full range of composite missile and space structures, including rocket motors, pressure vessels, launch tubes and fuel tanks.</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
Position Location Detail: This position is located at our Main Plant</i></b></div>
Responsibilities-:
<ul><li>Fabricate, assemble and finish varied products through the utilization of written processing and/or verbal instructions, drawings, techniques, tooling, materials and supplies, precision measuring devices and miscellaneous required hand and power tools and work aids.</li><li>
Must be able to perform equipment setup and changeover.</li><li>
Must be capable of accomplishing minor maintenance duties.</li><li>
Move parts and materials to various locations and maintains housekeeping in general work area.</li><li>
Perform general housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the plant and miscellaneous duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications-:
