Job Summary: This individual will be required to provide secretarial/administrative support directly to executives (excluding CEO), exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email. Maintain files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements and tracks expenses. Essential Functions:

The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for providing support to the Creative Services department through a variety of channels including print, digital, web and others as assigned.</div><div></div><div><br>
This internship is in-person at our St. Petersburg, FL location during the dates of May 18th to August 6th, 2026.</div>
Responsibilities-:

Essential Functions:</b></div><ul><li>
Provides support to professional employees working in an organizational function related to the Intern's area of study.</li><li>
Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records.</li><li>
Learns organizational processes and procedures.</li><li>
