Job Summary-:

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our Home Office Marketing team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for providing support to the Creative Services department through a variety of channels including print, digital, web and others as assigned.</div><div></div><div><br>
This internship is in-person at our St. Petersburg, FL location during the dates of May 18th to August 6th, 2026.</div>
Responsibilities-:
<div><b>
Essential Functions:</b></div><ul><li>
Provides support to professional employees working in an organizational function related to the Intern's area of study.</li><li>
Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records.</li><li>
Learns organizational processes and procedures.</li><li>
Job shadows other more experienced professionals and or support staff.</li><li>
May also support the documentation &amp; updates of procedures or work instructions.</li><li>
Handles basic issues and problems</li></ul><div><b>
Additional Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Develop a wide variety digital and print marketing materials</li><li>
Assist with website graphics</li><li>
Assist with collateral updates and version control</li><li>
Creation of various logos for products</li><li>
Ensure all materials follow company brand guidelines</li><li>
Edit photos, manage file archives, and assist with video editing</li><li>
Other projects as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications-:

Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Required education and experience:</b> Must be currently enrolled in related Business courses or be within 6 months of graduation; No prior experience needed.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Preferred education and experience: </b>Bachelor's or Master's Degree.</li><li><b>
Discipline/Major:</b> Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or other related field.</li><li><b>
Knowledge, skills &amp; abilities:</b> Ability to work as part of a team. Oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Mac-based computer knowledge. Team player. Organized. High sense of urgency.</li></ul><div><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.</li><li>
Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.</li></ul><div><b>
Travel Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
No or very little travel likely.</li></ul>
