<p>
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Design &amp; Estimation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the Design &amp; Estimation team to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of project designs, cost estimates, and proposals. This role requires close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions and competitive cost estimates that align with project objectives, timelines, and organizational standards.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Lead, manage, and mentor the design and estimation team to ensure high performance and collaboration.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Allocate tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee preparation and review of engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop detailed project cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare and present cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and other departments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for design and estimation-related client queries.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attend client meetings to gather requirements and present design and estimation proposals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of all design and estimation deliverables.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records for management review.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and market prices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Introduce innovative and sustainable solutions where applicable.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure that QHSE (Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures are effectively implemented on-site.</li></ul>
<p><b>
Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Relevant discipline).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience in design and estimation management within engineering or construction projects.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in design and estimation tools/software.</li></ul>
<ul><li>AUTOCAD experience is mandatory. REVIT/BIM knowledge is an added advantage.</li></ul>
<ul><li>A minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in design of fire protection systems.</li></ul>

</b></p><p>The Assistant Technician (Helper) supports technicians in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, and civil works. This role assists in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with QHSE standards.</p><br>

<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, and related civil works.</li>
<li>Install and maintain safety-related signs and indicators.</li>
<li>Support technicians in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing fire safety and security systems.</li>
<li>Shift materials, perform painting, grooving, threading of pipes, and other civil-related work.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on equipment, identifying required repairs or adjustments.</li>
<li>Test and repair circuits and sensors according to wiring and system specifications.</li>
<li>Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors.</li>
<li>Attend to emergency calls for installation and maintenance, following instructions from superiors.</li>
<li>Ensure QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures are implemented effectively on-site.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Up to 2 years of working experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil-related activities.</li>
<li>Basic proficiency in English (speaking and reading).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Basic technical and computer skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with power and hand tools used in civil and MEP works.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts, theory, and practices.</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks as required.</li></ul><br>
