Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is an active member of the Inside Sales Department focused on new business development, cultivating customer relationships, and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>
Meet monthly personal sales targets.</li><li>
Develop new business.</li><li>
Work with new and existing account base.</li><li>
Develop and maintain customer relationships and troubleshoot specific customer problems.</li><li>
Prospect revenue opportunities (cold and warm lead calls) building customer lead pipeline.</li><li>
Assist other territory representatives in achieving overall company sales goals.</li><li>
Participate in special projects such as new service offerings and sales initiatives.</li><li>
Other duties as required.</li></ul>
Qualifications Needed<ul><li>
Must have a proven track record of inside sales experience and ability to drive new business.</li><li>
2-5 years business-to-business, telemarketing and inside sales experience preferred.</li><li>
Exceptional verbal and written professional communication skills.</li><li>
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access and Outlook).</li><li>
Previous experience with Salesforce.com a plus, but not required.</li><li>
Excellent telephone sales personality skills required.</li><li>
Excellent organization and presentation skills.</li><li>
Excellent time management and highly energetic personality.</li></ul>
