The Enterprise Data Development team is responsible for designing &amp; architecting solutions to integrate &amp; transform business data into Data Warehouse to deliver data layer for the Enterprise using cutting</div><div>
edge cloud technologies like GCP. We design solutions to meet the expanding need for more and more internal/external information to be integrated with existing sources; research, implement and leverage new technologies to deliver more actionable insights to the enterprise. As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance of processing and packaging equipment and providing technical support to improve and optimize within the manufacturing operations and processes.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

At our Avon Mill, we produce 50 lb. bags of flour that are distributed to restaurants, cruise ships, hotels, schools, as well as Betty Crocker dry mix pouches. Our plant is unique in that we have two product platforms: flour and dry mixes. The flour we produce is integrated into our Betty Crocker mixes. We are a small plant with a great culture where you will get to know the people you work with. Fun facts about Avon are that we produce an average of 1.1 millions pounds of flour a day and about 100 million Betty Crocker pouches a year. When making our chocolate chip cookie mix, around 2000 lbs of chocolate is added per hour to the packaging line!</div><div></div><div><b><br>

We are seeking a Customer Marketing Associate Manager to lead account-specific omni customer marketing strategy, reporting, and activation optimization recommendations for our Walmart customer. Key responsibilities for this role include analyzing multiple data sources and customer dashboards to bring strategic thinking and strategies for our GMI brands forward, development of annual strategy for priority brands, input into campaign/creative briefs, and execution of projects. It requires interaction with the retailer merchants and retail media team, as well as internal Sales and OU teams, and agencies. A unique aspect of this role is leading the process development of linking direct customer data analytics with shopper insights to deliver results across multiple categories.
