The ideal candidate will have prior experience in executive coordination at C-Suite level (Chairman / MD / VP / CEO) and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. •	Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman/MD and internal/external stakeholders•	Manage executive calendars, correspondence, and confidential documents•	Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, appointments, and events•	Prepare reports, presentations, and communication briefs for executive decisions•	Ensure smooth office operations and professional representation of the executive office
