JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Welding-<ul><li>
Must have a familiarity with mig and TIG (dc) welder process and welding prep. And a familiarity with a plasma cutter.</li><li>
Understand and read shop drawings (CAD)</li><li>
Create cut and parts lists and materials needed for projects</li><li>
Ability to fabricate accordingly</li></ul>
Machining-<ul><li>
Using drill press. milling machine and lathe</li><li>
Drill holes</li><li>
Countersink</li><li>
Tap threads</li></ul>
Electrical -<ul><li>
3 Phase</li><li>
460 V</li><li>
Low voltage experience is a plus</li></ul>
Other Maintenance Duties<ul><li>
Perform basic maintenance duties for facility, including janitorial and small repairs</li><li>
Perform basic maintenance on motorized equipment, including oil changes, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs and electrical troubleshooting.</li><li>
Constantly follow safety rules/practices to ensure performance of duties in a safe and consistent manner and comply with OSHA/WISHA safe working rules and regulations</li><li>
Perform additional duties as directed by management</li><li>
Read, interpret and convey instructions, verbally and in written form</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Prior maintenance experience required (2+ years )</li><li>
Welding experience required (2+ years)</li><li>
Experienced electrical/plc troubleshooting preferred</li><li>
Good mechanical aptitude</li><li>
Must have a high school diploma or GED</li><li>
Must be able to receive and interpret instructions and directions from supervisors and peers</li><li>
Must demonstrate good judgment to perform the job correctly and safely</li><li>
Proof of Welding Skills may be required following interview (demonstration)</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:
The physical demand for this position requires the employee to be physically capable of working in a variety of environments and weather. Physical activities include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, bending, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.<ul><li>

Finger dexterity &ndash; the ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.</li><li>
Arm-hand steadiness &ndash; the ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position.</li><li>
Ability to work with or around chemical solvents.</li></ul>
