Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.</li><li>Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the</li></ul>
community.<ul><li>Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.</li><li>Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.</li><li>Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external</li></ul>
vendors.
Requirements:
<ul><li>Must be 18 years old or older</li><li>At least 1+ year experience in sales and customer service.</li><li>Previous leasing experience is a plus.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.</li></ul>
