 Job responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of following types of agreements: Service Agreements e.g. MSA, SOW, SLA, NDA , Vendor agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Transactional documents: Franchise Agreement, LOI, term sheets, bank guarantee etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Derivative agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Property related agreements e.g. lease agreement, leave &amp; license agreement
 </li>
 <li>
 Contract Lifecycle and Repository Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Drafting of various legal notices/replies/representations/other written communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Employee Issues: Drafting of various communications issued to Employee e.g. show cause notices, F&amp;F settlement, warning letters, terminations letters etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Litigation:
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling various types litigations for &amp; against the company e.g. labour matters, Recovery matters etc. and coordination with external lawyer
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and report litigation MIS
 </li>
 <li>
 Advisory: To provide necessary legal advice/opinion and support to higher management, functions and businesses. Develop an effective legal function across &amp; support the Legal &amp; Compliance Department to identify and manage legal risk.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating/Liasoning with Labour/Government authorities and assisting in making necessary submissions/responses
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct legal research and analysis by utilizing various resources.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Candidate should have a fulltime degree in Law with min. 2-3 years&rsquo; of total post qualification experience
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Functional and Behavioral requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Post- qualification legal experience with a strong preference for considerable experience as Legal manager and contract specialist.
 </li>
 <li>
 Considerable experience in drafting, review and negotiation of client/third party contracts/Derivative Agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and pragmatically and be accountable for delivery of high-quality work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, meet deadlines, and handle high pressure situations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to exercise judgement regarding confidential and sensitive information
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to collaborate with others in fast paced environment and willingness to work towards business-friendly solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective documentation, presentation &amp; communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven corporate awareness and ability to work well with colleagues of diverse and multicultural background.
 </li>
