The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for helping clients navigate the land and real estate market. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling processes, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Do you have a passion for the outdoors (recreational, hunting, fishing, hiking, ATV and UTV, snowmobiling, forestry, ANYTHING outdoors and helping others ? If so, we want to talk to you.Duties<ul><li>Assist clients in buying and selling properties (land, residential, camps, recreational) by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.</li><li>Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.</li><li>Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented.</li><li>Prepare and review real estate documents including contracts and disclosures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining open communication with clients and addressing their needs promptly.</li><li>Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure compliance in all transactions.</li><li>Manage property listings by creating marketing materials, conducting open houses, and utilizing online platforms effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with other real estate professionals including lenders, inspectors, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through effective real estate administrative practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Land Consultant is preferred.
