 Compensation: $55-$63/HR; Conversion Salary $100-105k with 15% bonus
 
 
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 
 
 This dynamic role uses a consultative approach with the business segments to dive into our customer, product, channel, and digital data to uncover opportunities for consumer experience optimization and customer value delivery. You will also enable stakeholders with actionable, intuitive performance insights that provide the business with direction for growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust mix of technical and communication skills, with a passion for optimization, data storytelling, and data visualization. You will collaborate with a centralized team of data scientists as well as teams across the organization including Product, Marketing, Data, Finance, and senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key influencer to the company's strategic decisions and to learn and grow with our Analytics team.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to use advanced analytics methods to extract value from business data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform large-scale experimentation and build data-driven models to answer business questions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts research on cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning/deep learning/artificial intelligence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Determines requirements that will be used to train and evolve deep learning models and algorithms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Influences product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other duties as assigned.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Master's degree completed by Spring 2025 in Computer Science or Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a STEM degree
 </li>
 <li>
 or in lieu of a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' work experience in analytics or data science
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with R, RStudio, Python, SAS, SQL, NoSQL
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Up-to-date knowledge of machine learning and data analytics tools and techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in predictive modeling methodology
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced at leveraging both structured and unstructured data sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job
 </li>
 <li>
 Work and/or educational experience conducting statistical analysis with advanced statistical software, scripting languages, and packages
 </li>
 <li>
 Work and/or educational experience with big data analysis tools and techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Foundational knowledge of building and deploying predictive models, web scraping, and scalable data pipelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of statistical methods and skills such as Bayesian Networks Inference, linear and non-linear regression, hierarchical, mixed models/multi-level modeling
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Cloud Machine Learning technologies (e.g., AWS Sagemaker)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with machine learning environments (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, caret)
 </li>

Data Scientist: III (Senior)

 Genesis10 is currently seeking a Communications Coordinator with a Financial Services Organization located in New York, NY. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. This position requires being onsite 3 days per week, typically Tuesday - Thursday. Pay range
 
 : $45.00-$50.00/Hr W2 only
 
 
 This role will support a Global Communications &amp; Marketing team by creating and managing content for both external and internal communications. The ideal candidate will assist with global communications projects, utilizing strong writing and editing skills and experience in digital content management within a fast-paced financial services environment.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Write and stage articles, posts, and press releases for publication on the company website, intranet, and LinkedIn
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and update website biography pages to ensure current and accurate information
 </li>
 <li>
 Support management of existing SharePoint pages
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and edit leadership press packets and bios
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the Communications inbox, ensuring timely and effective responses to internal and external inquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with drafting internal communications, town hall invites, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in communication projects, including key efforts to expand social media presence and upgrade digital experiences across the website and intranet
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and proofread copy across articles and briefings
 </li>
 <li>
 Pull clips and transcripts from media monitoring tools to support reporting efforts
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:

 Experience in digital content management systems
 </li>

 Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

 Experience in the financial services industry highly preferred; strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology required
