Genesis is proud to be the laboratory of choice for the clients we serve.Position OverviewGenesis Laboratory is seeking entry level Medical Sales Representative to develop, manage, and grow a high-value territory based in New York and New England.This role is ideal for a motivated, entry-level professional who is eager to build a career in healthcare sales. We are seeking a self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, developing relationships, and learning how to grow new business within physician offices, specialty practices, and medical facilities. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence while developing strong foundational sales skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prospect and develop new physician and specialty practice accounts</li><li>Conduct in-person meetings with physicians, physician assistants, and practice administrators</li><li>Educate providers and clinical staff on Genesis testing services and value proposition</li><li>Execute a strategic territory sales plan to drive consistent growth</li><li>Close new accounts and achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets</li><li>Maintain detailed reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and account progress</li><li>Collaborate with internal operations and client services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree mandatory (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field)</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of sales experience (Business to Business or healthcare experience is a plus but not required)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability</li><li>Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li></ul>Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to grow professionally.Compensation &amp; BenefitsGenesis offers a competitive compensation package including:<ul><li>Base salary plus monthly performance compensation</li><li>Medical/Dental/Vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>401(k) plan</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
