Role Objective

Provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and accounting support for Genesis One, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timekeeping, payroll auditing, HR administration, recruiting coordination, compliance, and optimization of Integrity&rsquo;s systems through AI-driven solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Bookkeeping &amp; Accounting
<ul><li>
Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, statement of income) and ensure timely closing of books.</li><li>
Enter transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations for all business accounts.</li><li>
Update and maintain depreciation schedules for fixed assets.</li><li>
Conduct overall review of the general ledger for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Prepare and file forms 1099s for independent contractors annually.</li><li>
Utilize Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and Bill.com for monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting.</li><li>
Generate financial statements and support quarterly business reviews and KPI tracking using Power BI and Vena.</li></ul> 


Payroll &amp; Tax Compliance
<ul><li>
Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, including direct deposit, employee setup, and payroll account management.</li><li>
Ensure timely tax deposits and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax returns.</li><li>
Manage year-end W-2 and W-3 filings, including electronic and mailed options.</li><li>
Enter payroll journal entries based on payroll reports from E-pay.</li></ul> 


HR Administration &amp; Recruiting
<ul><li>
Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation.</li><li>
Maintain HR scorecards, competency checks, and retention metrics.</li><li>
Support engagement surveys and leadership training initiatives.</li><li>
Execute HR scorecard goals: reduce time-to-fill, ensure competency checks, and manage retention metrics.</li></ul> 


Tag Work &amp; Compliance
<ul><li>
Handle tag-related administrative tasks and ensure adherence to internal compliance protocols.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.</li><li>
Adhere to Integrity&rsquo;s inventory management procedures and supply chain standards.</li><li>
Support contract compliance and security requirements for Genesis One projects.</li></ul> 


AI &amp; Systems Optimization
<ul><li>
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data accuracy.</li><li>
Assist teams in maximizing the use of Integrity&rsquo;s platforms (Power BI, Vena, Tallie, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).</li><li>
Identify opportunities for process improvement through AI-driven insights.</li></ul> 


Operational Support
<ul><li>
Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.</li><li>
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of deliverables.</li></ul> 


Required Skills &amp; Competencies
<ul><li>
Systems Expertise: Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Vena, Tallie, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams.</li><li>
AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools for HR, payroll, and operational automation.</li><li>
Strong organizational and analytical skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul> 


Preferred Experience
<ul><li>
Background in bookkeeping, accounting, HR administration, payroll, and recruiting.</li><li>
Experience with compliance and operational reporting.</li><li>
Ability to manage remote teams and cross-border workflows.</li></ul> 


Compensation &amp; Benefits
<ul><li>
Salary Range: $18,000&ndash;$28,000 USD annually (based on experience and scope).</li><li>
