Your day at a glance:<ul>

Develop a deep understanding of the customer's risk landscape</li>
<li>Streamline and accelerate processes in the commercial and support delivery process</li>
<li>Find opportunities to align Genetec's solutions portfolio to the customer's operational goals and assist the customer with their technology roadmap</li>
<li>Be an agent of change, ensuring our partners and customers successfully adopt technology and adapt their processes to achieve their strategic outcomes</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationship with key end user, technology partner, and channel partner stakeholders</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a complete account plan in the CRM, including opportunities, account map, and forecast</li>
<li>Develop, track, and close new opportunities</li>
<li>Coordinate and lead QBRs with the key stakeholders from the end user and Genetec account team</li>
<li>Provide customer demonstrations &amp; presentations</li>
<li>Be the advocate for your customers inside Genetec and escalate issues as needed</li>
<li>Acquire &amp; maintain adequate knowledge of product, services, market, and competition</li>
<li>Attend industry trade shows</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative relationship with colleagues</li>
<li>Work with vertical offerings manager in developing new offerings and identifying strategies to grow vertical</li>
<li>Work with industry marketing and digital content creation to create content and narratives for the vertical</li>
<li>Work with the events team to create industry-specific dashboards, workflows, and SOPs for the vertical</li>
<li>Provide commercial subject matter expertise in the vertical, leading the education and commercial strategy</li>
<li>Collaborate, mentor, and coach territory Account Executives in developing the vertical, and assist them in large proposals and presentations as needed</li>

Key Account Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for building and executing the territory strategy to grow our existing business in the Eastern Region. The primary focus will be on increasing revenue in collaboration with the current team. Additionally, the BDM will contribute to specific projects within the defined territory as Genetec continues to expand its BDM team across the region.
This is a remote position, and the candidate should be able to work and travel in Saudi Arabia, and be based in Khobar.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
 What your day will look like:</h3><ul><li>Develop strategies, plans and programs to assist sales to grow Genetec&rsquo;s revenues in the assigned Market.</li><li>Prospect and pursue opportunities on the assigned territory and market. In this respect you will be expected to engage directly with end users, systems integrators, A&amp;E consultants and governmental authorities which may be involved in the associated planning, purchasing and implementation functions.</li><li>Perform a segmentation of market and identify the best opportunities for Genetec today and for the future.</li><li>Assist and guide sales in establishing contacts and positioning Genetec in their respective territories on specific accounts in the assigned market(s). Cooperate with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to develop account strategies, coverage and follow-up.</li><li>Identify sales channels and develop partnerships that will help Genetec be successful on the market.</li><li>Ensure that the company&rsquo;s value proposition in this sector remains relevant and differentiated, and is consistent with the company&rsquo;s aspirations to be the leader in this region.</li><li>With the assistance of the Regional Sales Managers, develop revenue objectives for the assigned market.</li><li>Work with the Marketing Communications group to set priorities for the market as it pertains to promotion plans, specialized collateral, marketing campaigns and identification and planning of key industry events.</li><li>Work with the product marketing group to ensure that requirements for the targeted segments are understood, considered and part of the new product planning process.</li><li>Provide information on competitors on the territory and contribute in establishing competing tactics and strategies.</li><li>Report on the trends in the industry and offer an assessment of how we should best respond/position.</li><li>Keep sales abreast of account activity, trends and opportunities on the market.</li><li>Engage with end users and others within the ecosystem to uncover product needs and potential points of differentiation. Shepherd those requirements internally by developing &ldquo;buy-in&rdquo; from within the organization.</li><li>Develop a roadmap for how we expect to &ldquo;win&rdquo; the market and the territory, and generate meaningful and timely progress reports.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Requirements<ul><li>8 years Security industry sales experience</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, preferably in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science</li><li>Experience in Signature brands, retail, banking or similar experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong communication (presentation, oral, written) skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a complex sales environment at all levels.</li><li>Candidates with demonstrable business acumen and technical disposition will be preferred.</li><li>Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, consultants.</li><li>Prepared to travel on the Eastern region, 50-60%+ travel is expected in this role.</li><li>Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses.</li><li>Able to work independently.</li><li>Team player.</li><li>Good written &amp; verbal communications in English, Arabic is an asset</li><li>Must have strong time management skills and be a multitasker</li></ul> 
Technical expertise<ul><li>CP/IT technology understanding and networking expertise will be considered an asset.</li><li>Work and conceive complex solutions for global systems</li><li>Experience in Access Control is highly desirable, preferably within a sales or BD role within an Access Control manufacturer, distributor or system integrator</li></ul></div>
