<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>The </b><b>Senior Director, Global Commercialization, Solid Tumors</b><b> , reporting to the Vice President, Solid Tumors Global Marketing, will support the global marketing efforts for a Genmab late-stage solid tumor asset. The successful candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills and adaptability to global markets. This role demands an individual who has demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, implementation, and detailed execution. This role will be based out of our Princeton, NJ Office.</b></h2>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%&ndash;40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager</b></h2>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Serve as the global brand lead responsible for global launch readiness activities in close coordination with regional and global partners.</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Implement core aspects of the Global Commercialization Strategy in line with the compound development strategy that ensures successful product launch and uptake across global markets.</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsible for coordinating with regional teams to ensure a cross-functionally aligned strategy, specifically relating to: global brand plan (definition of lead and follow-on markets, where to play and how to win), global value and access dossier and pricing strategy, LRP / forecast</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsible to develop and socialize deep disease area ecosystem understanding (TPP benchmarks, patient flow, patient journey, current and emerging competitive landscape, and future access landscape)</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Direct the analysis of the business; oversee the identification of key segments, business drivers, priorities, and growth opportunities</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Collaborate with regional markets to ensure synchronized efforts on creation of regionally led marketing initiatives and promotional strategy</b></h2>

<ul><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; advanced degree preferred.</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with a significant focus on oncology, especially solid tumors.</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into compelling commercial strategies.</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global marketing strategies for oncology products.</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Strong leadership and communication skills</b></h2>
</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and capable of making decisions amidst uncertainty.</b></h2>

</li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Demonstrated success in pre-launch and launch phases of oncology products, with a deep understanding of the solid tumor landscape.</b></h2>

<p></p>$248,960.00-$373,440.00<br>

<p>The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.</p><br>
