Job Description:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI &amp; Graphic Designer with strong HTML knowledge to design engaging user interfaces and visual assets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UI design, graphic design, and front-end basics.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications</li><li>Create graphics, banners, icons, illustrations, and marketing creatives</li><li>Convert UI designs into HTML/CSS-compatible layouts</li><li>Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility</li><li>Maintain consistency in brand guidelines and design standards</li><li>Improve UI based on user feedback and usability principles</li><li>Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong experience in UI Design &amp; Graphic Design</li><li>Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop / Illustrator</li><li>Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (basic to intermediate level)</li><li>Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility</li><li>Knowledge of UX principles and design best practices</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Bootstrap</li><li>Experience in product-based or IT services companies</li><li>Portfolio showcasing UI and graphic design work</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,518.07 - ₹35,922.07 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
