 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations &amp; Supply Chain Manager to support and enhance the company&rsquo;s operational and supply chain functions. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods and processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 &bull;	Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient internal workflows
 
 
 &bull;	Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operational and supply chain execution
 
 
 &bull;	Support procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
 
 
 &bull;	Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability and minimize shortages or overstock
 
 
 &bull;	Track operational and supply chain performance metrics and support process improvement initiatives
 
 
 &bull;	Assist in planning and coordinating deliveries, shipments, and logistics schedules
 
 
 &bull;	Support, guide, and motivate team members to meet operational objectives
 
 
 &bull;	Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
 
 
 &bull;	Identify operational or supply chain issues and contribute to effective problem-solving solutions
 
 
 &bull;	Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational and supply chain documentation

 Candidate Requirements:
 
 
 &bull;	Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management and/or supply chain management
 
 
 &bull;	Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
 
 
 &bull;	Excellent communication and coordination abilities
 
 
 &bull;	Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
 
 
 &bull;	Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 
 
 &bull;	Fluency in spoken and written English
 
 
 &bull;	Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and MS Office
