Our Cashiers and Baristas connect with, laugh with and uplift the lives of the customers we serve in a school environment. The work goes beyond running the register and handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it&rsquo;s about presenting the Genuine culture while providing great customer service.</div></div><ul><li><div>
Provide Genuine quality customer service with all clienteles by greeting, thanking, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy.</div></li><li><div>
Ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures</div></li><li><div>
Ensure food safety standards are being followed.</div></li><li><div>
Provide great customer service following Genuine standards.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties.</div></li><li><div>
Restock areas as needed, following proper FIFO rotation.</div></li><li><div>
Assist other team members as needed.</div></li><li><div>
All other duties as assigned.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
QUALIFICATIONS</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Must be flexible &amp; team-oriented!</div></li><li><div>
1 year of food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume food service facility or restaurant.</div></li><li><div>
Willingness to learn the compliance requirements of the USDA National School Lunch Program.</div></li><li><div>
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness.</div></li><li><div>
Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy.</div></li><li><div>
Able to climb stairs and lift up 50 lbs.</div></li><li><div>
Interest in and committed to Genuine Foods&rsquo; mission to use food to help students enhance their minds, bodies and happiness.</div></li><li><div>
Must be able to work in a school environment.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
