Key Responsibilities&middot; Project Planning &amp; Executiono Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets.o Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.o Ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.&middot; Team &amp; Vendor Coordinationo Lead site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.o Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts.o Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules.&middot; Client Managemento Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project.o Share weekly progress reports, address queries, and manage approvals.o Conduct site visits and presentations with clients.&middot; Quality, Cost &amp; Time Controlo Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budget.o Track expenses, raise alerts on deviations, and optimize costs.o Implement strict quality control measures and adherence to drawings.Qualifications &amp; Skills&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (MBA/PM certification preferred).&middot; 2-5 years of experience in office interior fit-outs / commercial projects.&middot; Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and project management tools.&middot; Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.&middot; Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
