GeoLogics has a job opportunity for a Supply Chain Technician as part of our Supplier Master Data team in support of vendor master transactions at the enterprise level. The Supplier Master Data team is an integral part of the company's supply chain operations and is responsible for managing all data elements of suppliers in the enterprise supplier database and financial systems.</div><div></div><div><br>
The team executes all requests involving supplier setups and updates. The activities of this team are critical to the execution of the Enterprise Services strategy to align end-to-end processes across all business units. This Supply Chain Technician role involves a high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented, metric driven environment focused on individual and team performance with continuous improvement.</div><div></div><div><br>
The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a challenging, deadline driven environment. The selected individual must also demonstrate the ability to take ownership and be accountable through individual actions and teamwork, continually working toward the goal of improving processes and efficiency. This position requires building positive relationships with our internal and external customers, including company's supply base.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><div>
Respond to service tickets and other requests by adding vendors into enterprise database, including verification of information on back-up documentation and approvals</div><div>
Maintain and update vendor master information based on service requests</div><div>
Conduct appropriate screenings and validation as required or on request</div><div>
Communicate critical information to stakeholders regarding supplier status such as bankruptcy and debarment</div><div>
Compile and send monthly reports to stakeholders regarding vendor activity</div><div>
Assist with process improvement projects and other special projects, as assigned</div><div>
This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.</div><div>

REQUIRED SKILLS:</b></div><div>
2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel</div><div>
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining or exceeding the Service Level Agreement with our internal customers</div><div></div><div><b><br>
DESIRED SKILLS:</b></div><div>
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems</div><div>
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized</div><div>
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve goals</div><div>

EDUCATION REQUIRED:</b></div><div>

Qualifications You Must Have</b></div><ul><li>
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience</li><li>
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance</li><li>
Experience in System Security Engineering and/or Cybersecurity Engineering</li><li>
Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)</li></ul><div>

Qualifications We Prefer</b></div><ul><li>
Managerial or leadership experience</li><li>
Usage of information security toolsets including anti-virus, Vulnerability Assessment, HIDS/ NIDS. host-based or endpoint security solutions, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) and centralized auditing tools familiarity with Splunk is preferred</li><li>
Linux Bash scripting or Python scripting experience</li><li>
Security systems engineering involving various computer hardware and software S/W operating system and application solutions in both a stand-alone and in LAN/WAN configurations</li><li>
DoDI 8570.01-M IAT Level-II Compliant Certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, or equivalent)</li><li>
Security features and/or vulnerability analysis of various operating systems as defined by Intelligence agencies</li><li>
Experience with IT and/or network and system security administration, including operating system security configuration and account management best practices for UNIX, MS Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and CISCO systems</li><li>
