DESCRIPTION:</b></div><div>
Applies quality principles in the areas of: design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality for make and/or buy products. Performs technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures.</div><div>
Collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality related issues to ensure quality standards are in place.</div><div>
Engages in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventive action.</div><div>
Ensures corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and/or are compliant with requirements.</div><div>
Develops strategies and systems designed to improve internal and/or supplier performance and productivity.</div><div>
Evaluates quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.</div><div>
Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducts product quality tests, performs statistical analysis to assess products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.</div><div>
Engages in supplier selection process and maintain certification programs.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
REQUIRED SKILLS</b></div><div>
Familiar with Procure-to-Pay or SAP.</div><div>
Supply Chain Quality Engineering</div><div>
Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) &amp; Microsoft Office applications</div><div>
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and requires an Interim Secret prior to start.</div><div>
Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
DESIRED SKILLS :</b></div><div>
Technical bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education</div><div>
Experience with Supply Chain Quality Engineering.</div><div>
Defect resolution through implementation of effective root cause corrective action.</div><div>
Quality MRB certification.</div><div>
Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt</div><div>
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer</div><div></div><div><b><br>

JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></div><div>
Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities. In addition, this position will also have dedicated Agile Scrum Master Responsibilities. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Ensures software standards are met.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
REQUIRED SKILLS:</b></div><div>
Must have experience as a certified software scrum master</div><div>
2-4 years of Project Management experience</div><div>
Must have excellent communication skills</div><div>
2-4 years of Agile software development</div><div>
2-4 years of experience with C++</div><div>
1-2 years of experience with Gitlab</div><div>
1-2 years of experience with Jira</div><div>
1-2 years of experience with Linux</div><div></div><div><b><br>
