<div><div>The Content Marketing Manager leads the strategy, creation, distribution, and optimization of all content initiatives to drive conversions, build brand authority, and support the full customer journey in the enterprise drone and security solutions market. This role owns the production calendar, email marketing, brand positioning, keyword strategy, and performance across organic and paid channels, ensuring content delivers measurable results in pre-sale awareness, post-sale adoption, and long-term customer loyalty.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul>
<li>Own conversion rate optimization for all content assets, analyzing performance and iterating to improve funnel progression from awareness to purchase.</li>
<li>Build and manage the company-wide content production calendar, coordinating writers, designers, videographers, and external partners to deliver consistent, high-quality output across channels.</li>
<li>Lead content distribution strategy across owned (website, blog), earned (PR, social shares), and paid (social ads, sponsored posts) channels to maximize reach and engagement.</li>
<li>Oversee email marketing programs, including nurture sequences, newsletters, product announcements, and post-sale campaigns to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.</li>
<li>Define and evolve brand positioning through messaging guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity to differentiate our company in the competitive UAS/security space.</li>
<li>Drive keyword optimization across all content, collaborating with SEO team to improve organic search rankings and visibility for high-intent terms.</li>
<li>Develop and execute pre-sale content (top/middle-funnel) to generate leads and educate prospects, as well as post-sale content (guides, tutorials, case studies) to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.</li>
<li>Track organic conversions (e.g., demo requests, quote submissions, purchases) from content efforts, attributing revenue impact and optimizing for ROI.</li>
<li>Manage content analytics and reporting, delivering monthly dashboards on traffic, engagement, conversions, and revenue contribution to leadership.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for AI-assisted content creation, personalization, and automation to scale production and improve efficiency.</li><br>

<div><b>Qualifications:</b></div><ul>
<li>Relevant experience in content marketing, digital media, or journalism, with 3-5 years required; a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Experience in the drone/UAS or education-focused content creation.</li>
<li>Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress), project management tools (e.g., Asana), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul></div><div></div>
