 Role Description:
 
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site role for a Architecture &amp; BIM 3D Drafting Engineer - Scan to BIM at GEOBIRO Engineering Services in our office in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves daily tasks such as creating 3D as built drawings in Revit from point clouds scan.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for creating and developing accurate 3D as build drawings using Revit and point cloud data.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate and collaborate with the team and project manager any related issues of the project.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Update models to reflect client requirements or site changes.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure deliverables are issued on time and meet the quality control standards and project requirements.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshoot drawings issues and resolve all QC reports.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to work from our Alexandria office (on-site position).
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with point cloud drafting in Revit.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Recap).
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Senior applicants must have the following:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Over 2 years of experience in BIM/Revit field with at least 1 year with 3D as built drawings from point clouds
 
 
 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
 
 
 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience in managing teams and handling large-scale projects.
 
 
 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
 
 
 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
