We are looking for passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for both full and part time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. Applicants must be Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certified, licensed to practice, and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.</div><div> 
Key Responsibilities:</div><div><ul><li>
Provide psychiatric care, including evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations to individuals with mental health needs</li><li>
Document and navigate EHR independently</li><li>
Maintain strict client confidentiality</li><li>
Participate in the creation of an individualized treatment plan after discussing the case with the mental health care team, collecting and reviewing psychosocial data, medical history, nursing assessment, and other pertinent information</li><li>
Evaluate patients for the need for a higher level of care, including hospitalization</li><li>
Provide patient education, specifically around issues related to medications and treatment adherence, and aftercare services</li><li>
Work closely with Supervising physician to ensure improved patient outcomes and high-quality care</li><li>
Diagnose and treat patients from different backgrounds/diverse backgrounds in a respectful manner</li><li>
Document and navigate EHR independently and in a timely manner.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with clinical leadership, billing, and compliance to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation.</li></ul></div></div><div><div> 
Qualifications :</div><div><ul><li>
Must hold current license/registration to practice</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion</li><li>

Working Conditions:</div><div><ul><li>
Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations.</li><li>
May involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.</li><li>
Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios.</li></ul></div><div>
Physical Requirements:</div><div><ul><li>
Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time between patient care and documentation.</li><li>
Fine finger coordination required for typing, pressing objects such as utilizing laptop/mouse for documentation purposes</li><li>
Ability to speak clearly with patients and team members so others can understand.</li><li>
Ability to hear and understand others when speaking</li><li>
Ability to view computer screen monitor, small objects few feet away</li><li>
Ability to act and move quickly in emergency situations involving patient care</li></ul></div></div></div>

We are actively recruiting for passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater Lakeview market who can partner with us to achieve that mission. As a Behavioral Health Provider you will provide psychiatric healthcare services, which may include initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management and supportive psychotherapy as you deem clinically appropriate based on your patient&rsquo;s needs.

Hybrid work schedule.
Most of our providers work three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible. It is reasonable to expect you will do more in-person time up front, while you build up your patient case load and schedule follow ups on telehealth days.

As an Advance Practice Provider (&ldquo;APP&rdquo;), you will partner with the Psychiatrist and the Mental Health Therapist so medication management and psychotherapy is well coordinated.

Active DEA license</li><li>

Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills</li><li>
Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate and up to date electronic health records for all patient encounters.

As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and do psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. You will help people define goals, gain insights all through personalized committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination, providing crisis intervention if needed.
