<ul>
<li>Oversee and support assigned accounts: understand contractual terms, scope, and service expectations for each client</li>
<li>Maintain and track an annual calendar of renewals, proactively managing timelines and supporting the renewal process with internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Lead the deal qualification and new business approval process</li>
<li>Develop and execute annual Client Experience Plans for all assigned clients, including SWOT and competitive analysis, identification of retention and growth opportunities, and client-centric initiatives</li>
<li>Act as a primary point of contact and escalation for clients, ensuring regular and effective communication to address concerns, share updates, and resolve issues promptly</li>
<li>Collaborate with OKAMs and other cross-functional teams to proactively mitigate churn risk and ensure renewals</li>
<li>Partner with product marketing to introduce new solutions and ensure clients are informed about relevant service enhancements</li>
<li>Support organizational change management and the integration of new client experience processes and tools</li>
<li>Participate in and ensure compliance with all required reporting, including Salesforce.com, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategic account plans</li>
<li>Work with Marketing and Customer Insights to gather client feedback, monitor satisfaction indices, and drive engagement programs tailored to clients</li>
<li>Assist in the development and execution of relationship-building plans with key internal and external partners</li>
</ul>

<li>Supports GEODIS's programs for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Ethics, Compliance, CSR and Sustainability.</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years in client services, account management, or client experience roles within transportation or supply chain management</li>
<li>Experience in transportation management operations required; 3PL experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong executive communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Proven record of enhancing client experience and managing complex client portfolios</li>
<li>20-30% travel required; occasional international travel may be necessary</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and CRM tools.</li>
</ul>

What you will be doing:
<ul>
<li>Conducts inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs</li>
<li>Compiles, verifies and reports daily and/or periodic statistical information aimed at detecting trends to improve and maintain the overall health of inventory</li>
<li>Researches variances to determine appropriate root cause whether process or behavior and logs the information for operational review</li>
<li>Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations</li>
<li>Assists in execution of projects as well, makes recommendations for process improvement to the appropriate leaders</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency</li>
<li>Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training</li>
<li>Experience operating a forklift</li>
<li>PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals</li>
<li>Ability to research, track issues through the WMS system and make logical conclusions as to the root cause of defects</li>
<li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence</li>
<li>Must be able to accurately count and record key data in WMS or other systems</li></ul>

Your role on the team:
<ul><li>Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance

 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-energy, results-driven professional who will work closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to learn and apply strong recruiting fundamentals. This role is designed to develop into a Talent Acquisition Advisor, offering hands-on experience with sourcing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment support. You will contribute directly to building high-quality talent pipelines while supporting a positive and consistent candidate experience.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your role on the team:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support Talent Acquisition Advisors (TAA) in identifying potential candidates for entry-level, non-exempt positions through various forms of recruitment, such as screening resumes and conducting phone screens.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with recruiters on all activities within full lifecycle recruitment
 </li>
 <li>
 Interviews candidates via telephone, video conference and face-to-face
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide sourcing support to the TA staff as needed. Assess potential candidates against target profile/criteria and presenting candidates to TA team that are worthy of further assessment &ndash; via resume content, phone screens, references/referrals, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains a tracking system for follow up and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages the scheduling of candidate interviews, follow up and the timely completion of pre-employment paperwork

 Works closely with hiring managers, establishing open ongoing communication regarding current and future hiring needs

 Communicates with local HR and hiring manager through the search process

 Performs recruitment advertising on public and university job boards, etc.
