<br><div></div><div><ul><div>As a Sr Process Engineer, you are responsible for providing expert support in process standardization and capability improvements in plastic processing and innovative technologies for injection molding operations. You will function as a technical resource to ensure that injection molding operations process standards for Georg Fischer are compliant.</div></ul></div>
<br><div></div><div><ul><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering, Plastics/Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</div>
 <div></div><div>Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding Process Engineering or a closely related discipline.</div>
 <div></div><div>Experience with semi-crystalline and amorphous plastics and ability to process materials through various types (makes) of injection molding and extrusion machines.</div>
 <div></div><div>Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing plastic processing, including shrinkage management, mold qualification, post-molding operations, auxiliary equipment integration, and product testing.</div>
 <div></div><div>Experience with Root Cause Analysis techniques.</div>
 <div></div><div>Ability to travel 50% or more</div></ul></div>

<br><div></div><div><ul><div>Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by reviewing policies and practices, recommending best practices, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in human resources and employment law.</div>

 <div></div><div>Acts as a primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues, ensuring accurate data entry, optimal system performance, responsive user support, and the integrity of employee information.</div>

 <div></div><div>Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and other required and compliance training.</div>

 <div></div><div>Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.</div>

 <div></div><div>Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.</div>

 <div></div><div>Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.</div>

 <div></div><div>Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.</div>
<div></div>
 <div></div><div>Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring to complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.</div>

 <div></div><div>Performs other duties as assigned.</div></ul></div>
<br><div></div><div><ul><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field experience with 5+ year's industry experience and minimum 2 years Human Resources/related field coursework.</div>

 <div></div><div>At least two years of human resources administration experience required.</div>

 <div></div><div>Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.</div>
<div></div>
 <div></div><div>PHR or SHRM-CP, a plus.</div>
