SUMMARY: The MRO Tool Crib Attendant supports the facility operation by organizing all parts and maintaining a perpetual inventory of all tool crib items in a fast passed and variable manufacturing environment. The position is responsible for ensuring the correct manufacturing parts are picked, issued, and received for maintenance and authorized personal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
<ul><li>Daily inventory/cycle count and requisition parts to order.
</li><li>Prepare periodic inventory or maintain perpetual inventory of parts and equipment.
</li><li>Keep accurate records of parts inventory and incoming orders daily.
</li><li>Receive and issue parts in system daily.
</li><li>Issue parts and equipment to workers and maintain records of parts and equipment issued and returned.
</li><li>Receive and put away parts delivered daily by end of shift.
</li><li>Receive and process all Purchase Orders (PO&rsquo;s) real-time.
</li><li>Systematically organize and maintain parts room in accordance with instructions.
</li><li>Communicate with all authorized team members daily to timely and correctly review any orders for parts requested.
</li><li>Communicate part needs with shop leads, supervisor and buyer.
</li><li>Maintain returned parts for proper inventory maintenance.
</li><li>Assist with annual evaluation of parts usage to determine what needs to be stocked and what needs to be removed from stock per manager and usage reports.
</li><li>Manning the crib window/desk.
</li><li>Ensure crib security/crib access.
</li><li>Monitor and maintain outside/ overnight and weekend requests for parts.
</li><li>Use forklift to move parts off of trucks and move around plant as needed
</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds with a team or assisted.
</li></ul>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
<ul><li>Required
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent Plus 1+ year(s) of parts or similar experience
</li><li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written
</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
</li></ul></li><li>Preferred
<ul><li>Poultry experience
</li><li>Prior experience with EAM Information System
