Qualifications:

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care</div><ul><li><b>
Education:</b> MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education</li><li><b>
Licensure:</b> Current state license as a social worker</li><li><b>
Experience:</b> 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice
</li><li><b>Required:</b> Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively<br>
