<ul><li>Perform field and on-site laboratory tests on soil, geosynthetics, and other materials primarily associated with landfill and/or waste containment system construction.</li><li>
Perform in-place moisture-density results to verify project compaction requirements are met.</li><li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist with engineering calculations using computer-based technical tools;</li><li>
Technical writing of reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals;</li><li>
Data input and analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures;</li><li>
Follow instructions and interact with engineers, office administrative staff, CADD operators (draftsmen), contractors and construction personnel.</li></ul>
Education and Licensure:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil, geotechnical, coastal, water resources engineering, environmental science, or related subject. (required)</li><li>
Advanced degree in civil, geotechnical, coastal, water resources engineering, environmental science, or related subject. (preferred)</li></ul>
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience with MatLab, AutoCAD, and numerical marine modeling software. (preferred)</li><li>
