Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Managing large multi-disciplinary marine construction projects within the scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensuring quality standards on project deliverables;</li><li>
Overseeing and managing the entire site supervision team;
</li><li>Managing the overall delivery of projects including, project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contractor management;</li><li>
Overseeing waterfront structure and marine infrastructure construction projects;</li><li>
Overseeing project construction in a variety of areas such as harbors, marinas, vessel mooring and berthing structures, bulkheads and seawalls, breakwaters and shore protection structures, beaches, shoreline stabilization and sediment management; and</li><li>
Effectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business.</li></ul>
Education and Licensure:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in civil, coastal, structural or geotechnical engineering. (required)</li><li>
Advanced degree in civil, coastal, structural or geotechnical engineering. (preferred)</li><li>
Professional Engineer license. (required)</li></ul>
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
<ul><li>At least 8 years of related experience overseeing coastal, marine, geotechnical, and structural engineering projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)</li><li>
Experience in managing permitting, planning, compliance and oversight of coastal projects. (required)</li><li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Monitor activities on job sites to ensure compliance with relevant contract documents (e.g. technical specifications, construction drawings, sampling plans, CQA plans etc.);</li><li>
Provide periodic monitoring of active construction sites;</li><li>
Prepare daily field reports, weekly field reports, &amp; progress reports;</li><li>
Ensure project documentation is correct and consistent with company policy &amp; procedures;</li><li>
Interact with project personnel (contractors, project managers, engineers &amp; clients) and assist in cultivating an integrated team approach through open lines of communications and participation in work progress meetings; and</li><li>
Observe and abide by the policies and procedures outlined in the site-specific project health and safety plans and the company&rsquo;s Environmental Health and Safety Management policies and procedures.</li></ul>
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED band a minimum of six (6) years of applicable experience, or a Diploma or equivalent from a two-year college and a minimum of four (4) years of experience, a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil, marine, geotechnical, or structural engineering and two (2) years of experience, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and technical experience. (required)</li><li>
Technical understanding of site investigation, construction quality assurance, and/or construction management procedures for marine, structural, and coastal projects. (required)</li><li>
Ability to monitor several different types of construction activities simultaneously. (required)</li><li>
Experience with Windows based software applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.). (required)</li><li>
Excellent writing skills and detail orientation. (required)</li><li>
Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 kilograms unaided and 21-45 kilograms with assistance and/or proper engineering controls. (required)</li><li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Review new hire, payroll changes, and termination documents for completeness and accuracy; key information into HRIS database; route data appropriately to other departments as needed;</li><li>
Ensure the accuracy of Form I-9 and E-Verify information;</li><li>
Maintain employment records in accordance with established procedures;</li><li>
Respond to external requests for basic employment verifications in accordance with established procedures;</li><li>
Generate and track appropriate agreements (i.e., employment, repayment);</li><li>
Launch and track performance appraisal process in HRIS system and monitor for completing, including management reports; ;</li><li>
