What you will do:

As a Sourcing Analyst in the Knowledge Services team you will be responsible for executing complex and strategic sourcing projects of categories/sub-categories to include: translating business requirements into clear statements of Work, solicits bids, leads auctions. We are looking for 1-3 yrs. relevant purchasing or Supply chain experience with strong project management skills &amp; knowledge on Excel, Access, Word; PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP/P2P systems knowledge(RQ)</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Execute standardized sourcing processes and strategies for assigned categories/sub-categories</li><li>
Conduct detailed analysis of the spend data and identify opportunities
</li><li>Work on comprehensive market intelligence and supplier identification projects
</li><li>Conduct RFx sourcing (includes eAuctions) and benchmarking for the commodities/categories assigned and create analysis to support recommendations for periodic changes in supply
</li><li>Ability to understand standard sourcing practices and techniques, independently work with suppliers and receiving locations to quickly reconcile discrepancies with supplier deliveries and other client terms &amp; conditions
</li><li>Analyse quotations, manage day-to-day supplier interfaces including discrepancies/deliveries, etc.
</li><li>Participate as member of the sourcing team to ensure compliance with all procurement processes
</li><li>Conduct supplier performance validation events &#61623; Conduct basic supplier profiling and financial risk assessment activities</li></ul>

What you will do:

We are seeking a seasoned <b>Senior Manager &ndash; HR Operations</b> to lead and oversee HR operations across our Saudi Arabia and Dubai offices. This role will ensure seamless execution of HR processes, strong compliance with regional employment laws, and alignment with global HR strategies. Acting as a bridge between local teams and the global HR leadership in the US, you will drive operational excellence, employee experience, and continuous improvement across the HR function.</div><div></div><div><br>
Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Lead HR operations for Saudi &amp; Dubai: onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure compliance with Saudi &amp; UAE labor laws, immigration, and payroll regulations.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with US-based HR leadership to align with global HR strategies.</div></li><li><div>
Manage HR systems, reporting, and employee data accuracy.</div></li><li><div>
Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.</div></li><li><div>

What you should bring:

10&ndash;14 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Saudi &amp; UAE operations.</div></li><li><div>
Expertise in labor laws, payroll, compliance, and HR processes.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in multinational/matrix environments.</div></li><li><div>
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
