You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product managers, and key stakeholders to bring design concepts to life through high-quality, maintainable code. Operating with an iterative and detail-oriented mindset, you will ensure seamless integration between design and functionality while optimizing performance and adhering to best practices.</p><p>
You will play a key role in the full development lifecycle&mdash;scoping, designing, building, testing, and deploying web solutions&mdash;with a strong focus on delivering measurable value, enhancing user engagement, and enabling efficient lead capture and integrations across systems such as Salesforce and marketing tools.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.</div></li><li><div>
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.</div></li><li><div>
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.</div></li><li><div>
Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.</div></li><li><div>
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to set up lead captures from the web and integrate with Salesforce.</div></li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills</b></h1><ul><li><div>
Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.</div></li><li><div>
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).</div></li><li><div>
Experience with Webflow with deep understanding of Webflow Designer, CMS, Interactions, and responsive layouts.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with Marketing Cloud, Chilipiper, FormTitan</div></li><li><div>
Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).</div></li><li><div>
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to translate design files into fully functional Webflow sites.(Figma)</div></li><li><div>
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with SEO best practices and Google Analytics</div></li></ul></div>
