Media Buyer / Paid Ad SpecialistPoolSupplies.com is a leading national pool supply company offering all items needed to own and operate a swimming pool. Our goal is to offer all consumers products and brands that they not only trust, but depend on for pool sanitization, safety and fun. The primary method of sales is through e-commerce channels with shipments directly to the end user.We seek a driven and detail-oriented media buyer to oversee the media buying across our Paid Search accounts with a strong understanding of creativity on these platforms. This individual will be pivotal in the ad creation process and drive requests for new creative content and strategy to fuel growth as well as launch new ad platforms and technologies with a focus on ROAS, net new revenue, and customer acquisition. This team member will work closely with our creative teams to collaborate on what is performing well and assist in generating a pipeline of creative ideas to test. This position is in office.Roles &amp; Responsibilities* Develop and manage paid media campaigns* Create, execute, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Amazon, Bing, Walmart, and eBay.* Research and create on-page SEO.* Measure effectiveness and ROI to ensure we are investing the budget to deliver the highest return possible.* Responsible for tracking and reporting clear execution results on a regular cadence for high visibility and accountability of the performance of paid media campaigns.* Build processes that deliver the right media strategy that aligns with a larger campaign strategy.* Provide strategy, messaging concepts, and direction of marketing assets across creative and content teams.Qualifications* Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience with heavy emphasis on product Ads* Knowledge on PPC platforms for Amazon and Google.* Excels in working with budgets and numbers* Ability to think and work creatively to deliver strong results* Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and detail-oriented* Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills to balance strategic thinking and execution of tactical activity including the ability to crisply communicate and present at an executive level* Proficient in Excel or Google SheetsJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
