Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Dubai Project Type: Villas &amp; High-Rise Building ProjectsJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in villa and high-rise building projects, with thorough knowledge of UAE authority regulations and project execution from design to handover.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage electrical works for villa and high-rise building projects.</li><li>Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Supervise site activities, monitor progress, and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.</li><li>Ensure compliance with DEWA/ADDC/SEWA, Civil Defense, Etisalat, DU, and other relevant UAE authority regulations.</li><li>Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.</li><li>Resolve technical issues, RFIs, and site coordination matters efficiently.</li><li>Support project planning, cost control, and resource allocation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of UAE experience, with proven exposure to villa and high-rise building projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, standards, and authority approvals.</li><li>Experience in site execution, coordination, and project management.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of other engineering software is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>UAE: 7 years (Required)</li><li>Electrical Engineer: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
