You&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating and executing strategies to raise capital, managing investor communications, and presenting the company&rsquo;s value proposition to potential stakeholders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute capital raise campaigns (pre-seed, seed, Series A, etc.)</li><li>Identify and engage prospective investors through outreach, networking, and investor platforms</li><li>Craft compelling pitch decks, executive summaries, and other investor materials</li><li>Manage CRM systems and investor databases to track communication and pipeline</li><li>Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and due diligence processes</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and fundraising strategy</li><li>Represent the company at investor events, pitch competitions, and networking opportunities</li><li>Stay updated on fundraising trends and investment markets relevant to our industry</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, business development, or a related role</li><li>Strong understanding of capital markets, fundraising processes, and investor expectations</li><li>Exceptional communication and storytelling skills</li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investment firms</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach</li><li>Familiarity with fundraising platforms (e.g., AngelList, Crunchbase, PitchBook) is a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)</li></ul>Preferred Traits<ul><li>Confident public speaker and persuasive communicator</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Capable of working independently and in fast-paced environments</li><li>Passionate about startups and innovation</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
