Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management systems and the coordination of all document control actions in support of the Quality Systems.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS</b></div></div><div></div><div><br>
<div><b>
Supplier management</b></div>
<div>
<ul><li>For new components, develop the supplier from systemic point of view, Risk analysis, System audits according Gestamp requirement and international standards (ATF 16949/VDA 6.3, others if apply)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Periodical Systemic audits to be completed and managed with Corporate for shared suppliers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>PPAP follow up according Gestamp requirements, validation, documentation requirement and closure.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage Supplier claims , containments and Chargebacks creation considering Gestamp Suppliers Manual.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide feedback to our plant on any issues or opportunities for improvement from the suppliers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Track the main quality indicators such as score cards from the suppliers, and provide action plans from risky suppliers to our plant.</li></ul>
</div>
<div><b>Incoming Inspection Material and Components</b></div>
<div>
<ul><li>Ensure the Incoming inspection of the material completed at required schedule and address improvements with the team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage the Rejected material in QHLD from supplier to dispose the material in the required timing</li></ul>
</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</b></div>
</div><div><div><ul><li>Four-year college degree, or equivalent experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>IATF Certification and VDA Certification preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Certified ISO/TS16949 Internal Auditor with a minimum of 3 years internal audit experience, preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bi-lingual (Spanish or German) is a plus.</li></ul>
</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</b></div>
</div><div><div><ul><li>Working knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA);</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills;</li></ul>
<ul><li>Computer literacy and basic skill with MS Office Software, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, at a minimum.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Formability knowledge is a plus.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of assembly process for automotive sheet metal assemblies with different type of welding technologies is a plus.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Problem Solving, SPC and GD&amp;T is a plus.</li></ul>
<ul><li>SAP knowledge is a plus.</li></ul>

JOB SUMMARY</b><br>
Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.</div>
<div><b>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<div>
1. Follow Standardized Work Instructions<br>
2. Supports the teams in operational improvement<br>
3. Develops Initial Standard Work Practices with the teams<br>
4. Quality Checks and Inspections<br>
5. Problem Solving &ndash; Recognize and solve the malfunctioning of the machine and recognize and solve quality problems of formed part<br>
6. Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production, and performs scheduled maintenance and repairs of production equipment during machine service.<br>
7. Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.<br>
8. Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.<br>
9. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service<br>
10. Comply with OSHA Safety and Health Rules<br>
11. Know the proper and improper use of PPE and equipment with ultimate concern for personal safety and safety of others<br>
12. Communicate any/all issues with equipment that needs to be addressed on weekend or other designated downtime of equipment.</div>

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES</b>:</div>

1. Supports Operational Performance Metrics and meets targets for improvement<br>
2. Supports annual operating plan<br>
3. Cleaning and enhancing their work area<br>
4. Perform 5S audits<br>
5. Develop ideas for Kaizen and participate in implementation<br>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</b></div>

1. Advanced technical training &ndash; mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC<br>
2. Previous employment in a manufacturing environment<br>
3. Clear understanding of lean principals and the application of lean tools</div>
