Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Ensure customer orders are selected, palletized, loaded, and shipped accurately and on schedule
</li><li>Troubleshoot inventory, quality, routing, replenishment, equipment, and order fulfillment issues directly on the warehouse
</li><li>Coordinate with inventory, receiving, shipping, loading, and dispatch teams to ensure efficient execution of nightly operations
</li><li>Rotate products using FIFO criteria
</li><li>Assist with prioritizing work assignments and reallocating labor resources to meet changing operational demands
</li><li>Serve as a visible floor leader by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and providing real-time operational support throughout the shift
</li><li>Monitor warehouse productivity and operational flow, addressing concerns before they impact service levels
</li><li>Lead by example through hands-on involvement in warehouse operations while maintaining accountability across assigned teams
</li><li>Escalate significant operational, quality, safety, or personnel concerns when appropriate while independently resolving routine issues
</li><li>Maintain a strong and consistent presence on the warehouse floor to support employees, answer questions, and resolve issues as they arise
</li><li>Oversee the hiring, developing and managing the performance of warehouse team members
</li><li>Collaborate and excel in working with other functional areas to create efficient and effective processes for servicing customers
</li><li>Maintain organized, written employee training, coaching, discipline, and safety investigation records in coordination with the Night Operations Manager, VP of Operations, and Human Resources
</li><li>Ensure and foster an environment of food safety, warehouse safety, team culture, and OSHA compliance
</li><li>Obtain user and trainer certification on appropriate material handling equipment
</li><li>Rotate warehouse closing responsibilities with other supervisors
</li><li>Perform work outside of normal business hours as required
</li><li>Maintain regular and satisfactory full-time attendance
</li><li>Perform special projects as assigned by the Night Operations Manager, and VP Of Operations &ndash; Get Fresh Produce

</li><li>2 &ndash; 4+ years in a supervisory role prior experience is preferred
</li><li>Recent and successful experience in manufacturing or distribution operations
</li><li>Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems.
</li><li>Bilingual: Spanish is plus
</li></ul>Physical Demands:
<ul><li>Occasionally lift up to 50lbs
</li><li>Stand or sit for long periods of time
</li><li>Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for extended periods of time</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul><li>$68,000 - $73,000/Year based on experience</li></ul>

Work Schedule:
<ul><li>Sunday &ndash; Friday (Off on Saturday and one day during the week).
</li><li>6:00pm &ndash; 7:00pm start time, depending on the day till completed</li>
