Real guidance, designed to feel human and clear.This role owns our visual assets for marketing and brand identity, directs creative across every touchpoint, and work that makes people stop scrolling, and pay attention.What You'll Do<ul><li>Creative vision across all brand touchpoints</li><li>Paid ad creative across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and beyond</li><li>Brand illustrations and icons</li><li>Landing page designs that turn clicks into sign-ups</li><li>Social assets that build recognition and consistency</li><li>PDFs, print pieces, and partner materials</li><li>In-product illustrations that improve the user experience</li><li>A growing library of templates, guidelines, and reusable assets</li><li>Direction of freelancers, contractors, or agencies as the team scales</li><li>Close collaboration with paid media and product teams</li></ul>How Success Is MeasuredCreative that performs, not just looks good. Strong CTR and conversion rates. Fast iteration based on performance data. Cohesive visuals people recognize over time. A clear creative direction that holds together as the brand grows across channels and contributors.What You Bring<ul><li>3+ years in graphic design, illustration, or a related role</li><li>A portfolio showing strong visual design fundamentals and performance-driven creative</li><li>Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools</li><li>Ability to set and communicate creative direction &mdash; not just produce the work</li><li>Comfort designing for different platforms and formats</li><li>Art direction is a plus</li><li>Experience directing other creatives or managing external partners is a plus</li><li>Experience with print is a plus</li><li>Openness to feedback and iteration</li></ul>Who You AreYou think about why design choices matter and can articulate that vision to others.
