Marketing Coordinator (MEA Region)</b></div>
<div>
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven <b>Marketing Coordinator</b> to support our Commercial Operations team across the MEA region. Based in Dubai, this role is central to managing the <b>logistics, technical execution, and compliance</b> of all events, congresses, trainings, and internal activities.</div>
<div>
The role collaborates closely with internal teams, distributors, and customers&mdash;ensuring seamless planning, timely communication, and strict adherence to internal SOPs and E&amp;C requirements. You will also lead <b>social media execution</b>, internal newsletters, distributor communications, and support global CX campaigns.</div>
<div>
The ideal candidate brings strong <b>project coordination skills</b>, excellent MS Office capability, financial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to work across a dynamic regional commercial organization and contribute to delivering exceptional customer and team experiences.</div>
<div><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for all the logistics and technical elements of all events, congresses, trainings and team activities.</li>
<li>Responsible for sharing and updating the activities planner.</li>
<li>Working closely with E&amp;C for necessary escalation and approval requests for all activities engaging HCPs and sponsorship requests.</li>
<li>Ensure to comply with SOPs for procurement of all related materials respective to those activities</li>
<li>Review marketing expenses with the finance team monthly; with a mindset of efficiency.</li>
<li>Running all social media posts on LinkedIn, internal newsletters and distributors communication.</li>
<li>Coordinate actions and campaigns with the global Customer Experience team.</li>
<li>Coordinate for all distributors related approvals on GetLeaning platform.</li>
<li>Coordinate all necessary logistics for distributors&rsquo; qualified trainings in the MEA Region.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Must be minimum a graduate with a 5 years&rsquo; experience in a similar job.</li>
<li>Analytical skills, and attention to detail</li>
<li>Financial knowledge is preferred</li>
<li>Excellent MS Office working experience</li>
<li>Must possess excellent organizational skills; ability and flexibility to handle new tasks and shifting deadlines; and effective multi-tasking abilities</li>
<li>Ability to see projects through from start to finish managing time, tasks, and other colleagues' involvement</li>
<li>Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as track progress on a wide range of tasks</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision</li>

Clinical Application Specialist, Critical Care (MEA Region)</b></div>
<div>
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Application Specialist &ndash; Critical Care to serve as a key ambassador for Getinge across the MEA region. Based in Dubai, this role supports cardiology, cardiopulmonary, cardiac surgery, and ICU call points&mdash;leading therapy development initiatives in close collaboration with our commercial teams.</div>
<div>
The position is responsible for clinical education, therapy expansion, KOL engagement, and the adaptation of product features and indications to regional needs. You will drive the introduction of therapies into new markets, strengthen existing therapy utilization, and support the development of simulation trainings and reference centers across MEA.</div>
<div>
This role requires strong clinical expertise, hands-on experience in the medical/paramedical field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with internal teams, area managers, and key opinion leaders. Fluency in French and the flexibility to travel extensively are essential.</div>
<div><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the Features, Benefits and Indication adaptation on related critical care products across MEA.</li>
<li>Liaise and follow up with the Commercial Operations and Area Managers on all agreed actions related to Key Opinion Leader.</li>
<li>Lead the therapy development activities related to various call points.</li>
<li>Drive the planning and introduction of existing therapies in new markets or undeveloped therapies in existing markets.</li>
<li>Develop our Key Opinion Leader activities across the region</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate the local; international congresses and events (in the corresponding call points)</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure the execution of customer action plans</li>
<li>Liaise and follow up with Commercial Operations director and commercial team on development of clinical activities in various training/reference centers across the region.</li>
<li>Plan and follow up; together with the commercial team; on development of various simulation training courses across the region<b>.</b></li></ul><br>

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Degree/certification in any medical field.</li>
<li>Previous experience in Anesthesia is preferred.</li>
<li>6+ years of practice in the medical/ paramedical field.</li>
<li>Fluent in French Language is a Must.</li>
<li>Strong organization skills.</li>
<li>Strong marketing knowledge and expertise.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities</li>
<li>Ability to extensively travel through the MEA region</li>
</ul>
