Role OverviewWe are hiring Customer Relationship Managers (CRM) for a voice-based inbound process. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns over calls, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Address and resolve customer queries and concerns via inbound calls</li><li>Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling customer interactions</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions</li><li>Uphold service quality standards and meet performance metrics</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Any Graduation (mandatory)</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi preferred</li><li>Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>Freshers: &#8377;17,000 in hand (CTC: 2.55 LPA)</li><li>Experienced: Up to &#8377;27,000 in hand (CTC: 3.7 LPA)</li></ul>Shift Timings<ul><li>Male: Between 7:00 AM &ndash; 12:30 AM (any 9.5-hour shift)</li><li>Female: Between 7:00 AM &ndash; 8:30 PM (any 9.5-hour shift)</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>5 days working</li><li>2 rotational week offs</li></ul>Location13th Floor, Vishwaroop IT Park, Behind Raghuleela Mall, Opposite Vashi Station, Sector 30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra &ndash; 400705Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;17,558.44 - &#8377;30,244.60 per monthWork Location: In person
