We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to lead our creative efforts, drive brand consistency, and produce high-quality visuals across multiple platforms.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Creative Leadership: Develop innovative visual concepts and oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring high-quality output.</li><li>Textile &amp; Embroidery Design: Create detailed patch and embroidery designs, with a strong understanding of stitch types, digitization, and production requirements.</li><li>Brand Identity: Maintain and refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital and print materials.</li><li>Video Editing: Design engaging animations and video content for social media, ads, and product promotions.</li><li>AI-Enhanced Design: Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to enhance efficiency and creativity in design workflows.</li><li>Multi-Platform Content Creation: Develop designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and print media.</li><li>Project Management: Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining design excellence.</li><li>Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).</li><li>Motion &amp; Video Skills: Experience with motion graphics and video editing using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.</li><li>AI &amp; Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with AI-based design tools and automation techniques is a plus.</li><li>Typography &amp; Branding: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and branding principles.</li><li>Strong Communication: Ability to present and defend design choices to stakeholders with clear rationale.</li><li>Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think creatively and adapt designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience designing for e-commerce or digital marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
