You&rsquo;ll design content that elevates brands, manage client relationships, and drive campaigns that showcase Getup&rsquo;s innovative spirit as an Australian leader in digital transformation.From crafting scroll-stopping visuals to delivering client updates and managing campaigns, you&rsquo;ll be central to both our brand growth and our clients&rsquo; success.In this role, you will:<ul><li>Manage Getup&rsquo;s social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and more</li><li>Design and deliver creative assets for both Getup and clients (social posts, ads, banners, web visuals, email templates)</li><li>Manage client accounts &ndash; ensuring campaigns, reports, and communications run smoothly</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to grow engagement, traffic, and brand visibility</li><li>Track performance data and optimise content and campaigns for maximum impact</li><li>Shoot and edit native content (with a strong focus on short-form video)</li><li>Write engaging copy for social, email, websites, and digital products</li><li>Collaborate with internal design, dev, and business teams to ensure client goals are achieved</li></ul>You bring:<ul><li>3+ years&rsquo; experience in digital marketing and social media</li><li>Strong digital design ability (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)</li><li>Experience managing multiple client accounts and marketing deliverables</li><li>Proven track record in growing social accounts and leveraging analytics</li><li>Excellent communication and client relationship skills</li><li>Strong initiative, creativity, and ability to manage competing priorities</li><li>A genuine interest in tech, design, and digital innovation</li></ul>Work Style:We&rsquo;re an Australian company that values balance and flexibility.
