<p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring the overall hygiene and appearance of guest rooms and public areas while delivering high standards of service and hospitality.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to standards</li><li>Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies</li><li>Dust furniture, vacuum floors, and remove trash</li><li>Clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch areas</li><li>Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards</li><li>Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly</li><li>Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times</li><li>Refill housekeeping trolley with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies</li><li>Assist with laundry duties as required</li><li>Maintain good communication with supervisors and team members</li><li>Provide courteous assistance to guests when needed</li><li>Ensure lost-and-found items are reported and handled correctly</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>

Housekeeping Attendant

<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Answer incoming calls promptly, courteously, and professionally</li><li>Route calls to the correct department, extension, or person</li><li>Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Make outgoing calls as requested</li><li>Provide clear and accurate information to callers</li><li>Handle basic inquiries and assist callers with common questions</li><li>Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone</li><li>Resolve minor issues or escalate when necessary</li><li>Maintain and update telephone directories and contact lists</li><li>Log call information as per company procedures</li><li>Assist with communication-related administrative tasks</li><li>Operate switchboards, PBX systems, or call-routing software</li><li>Identify and report technical issues with phone systems</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of caller and company information</li><li>Follow communication protocols and safety procedures</li><li>Support front office or reception tasks as needed</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>

Telephone Operator

<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dishwashing area, and equipment</li><li>Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently</li><li>Operate dishwashing machines safely and correctly</li><li>Ensure proper segregation of waste and follow recycling procedures</li><li>Clean kitchen floors, walls, counters, and storage areas</li><li>Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing kitchen supplies</li><li>Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals and report shortages</li><li>Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards (HACCP/Food Safety)</li><li>Support chefs with basic tasks such as cleaning prep areas</li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of all equipment</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or equipment damage to supervisor</li><li>Follow daily cleaning checklists and schedules</li><li>Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations</li><li>Maintain personal hygiene and proper grooming standards</li><li>Perform any additional duties assigned by the Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>

<p><br></p><div><div><div><span> <br><b>Key Responsibilities :<br></b> <br>  Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the standard recipes.<br>  Supervise and guide Commis II and Commis III in daily operations.<br>  Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items to ensure freshness and minimize waste.<br>  Assist in menu planning, food costing, and portion control as required.<br>  Ensure that the section is properly organized, clean, and meets all hygiene and safety regulations.<br>  Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely service.<br>  Check the quality of raw and cooked food items to ensure standards are met.<br>  Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.<br>  Report any equipment malfunction or maintenance requirement to the Chef de Partie.<br>  Maintain discipline and teamwork within the kitchen.</span>
