Job Summary:<ul><li>We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Coordinator with a strong background in MEP or HVAC. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee supply, installation, testing &amp; commissioning of Projects Pan India from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with internal departments, and liaising with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.</li></ul>Key Activities &amp; Responsibilities:Project Planning &amp; Design:<ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.</li><li>Oversee the design and planning phase, ensuring that all technical specifications and requirements are met.</li><li>Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to refine project designs.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Management:<ul><li>Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, site managers, and support staff.</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and internal departments such as finance, procurement, and legal.</li><li>Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitate coordination between different teams and departments to ensure project alignment with company goals.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement:<ul><li>Manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.</li><li>Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the project&rsquo;s objectives and progress.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and address any concerns that arise during the project.</li></ul>Budget &amp; Resource Management:<ul><li>Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.</li><li>Monitor project expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.</li></ul>Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure that all construction activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Conduct regular quality inspections and site visits to ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Address any quality issues or non-compliance promptly.</li></ul>Risk Management:<ul><li>Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.</li><li>Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, including milestones achieved, risks identified, and budget status.</li><li>Ensure all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for audit and review purposes.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or a related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Proven 1+ years of work experience in project management within the MEP or HVAC industry.</li></ul>Required Skills and Capabilities:<ul><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems for BMS (Building Management System).</li><li>Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software.</li><li>Work well within a team.</li><li>Creative and innovative thinking skills.</li><li>Problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Location: Lodha Supremus, Kolshet Road, Thane(W)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,177.04 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
