 TWe Are Hiring a Plant Manager for Our Manufacturing Facility Located in Badr City, Cairo

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the factory&rsquo;s daily operations, production plans, and performance targets,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure production efficiency, optimal capacity utilization, and effective cost control,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and administrative teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with accounting and finance departments on
 
 production costs, budget tracking, expense control, and financial reporting
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective management of
 
 raw material, energy, labor, and general manufacturing costs
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present
 
 monthly production, cost, and profitability reports
 
 to senior management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes with strong financial discipline,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage production and cost processes through
 
 ERP systems (Workbok)
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with
 
 occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards
 
 (ISO, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for
 
 investments, machinery &amp; equipment, and capacity expansion projects
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with relevant departments during
 
 internal and external audit processes
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support human resources processes and manage
 
 team performance and development
 
 .
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics
 
 , or a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 
 7&ndash;10 years of experience
 
 in manufacturing facilities, preferably having served as a
 
 Plant Manager or Production Manager
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of
 
 cost accounting, budget management, and financial reporting
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 ERP systems and reporting tools
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with a
 
 results- and performance-oriented
 
 approach,
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of
 
 occupational health &amp; safety and quality standards
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably experienced in
 
 international manufacturing facilities
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 Turkish and/or English
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing in
 
 Cairo / Badr City
 
 , or willing to work in this location.
 </li>
