We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. Part Time.
<ul><li>Responsible for counting cash, and maintaining accuracy of issued cash drawer at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift.</li>
<li>Daily checks the front desk log for problems, special requests, etc.</li>
<li>Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.</li>
<li>Transmits and receives telephone messages when necessary.</li>
<li>Works closely with the reservations department to ensure arrival dates on reservations are correct.</li>
<li>Communicates all information to the following shift to ensure a smooth transition.</li>
<li>Works closely with all hotel departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service.</li>
<li>Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Explains in-room and hotel features.</li>
<li>Responsible for completing all required shift paperwork and reports as assigned by management.</li>
<li>Responsible for completing all end of shift cash closing procedures.</li>
<li>Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.</li>
<li>Computes bill, collects payment, and makes changes for guests.</li>
<li>Makes and confirms reservations.</li>
<li>Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to ledger.</li>
<li>Completes daily-required shift checklists.</li>
<li>Must wear required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by management.</li>
