 Role Summary
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You will lead end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, Contracting, and Vendor Development for GH2 Solar&rsquo;s Solar EPC, Green Hydrogen, Electrolyzer Manufacturing, and BESS projects.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Procurement Leadership
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive end-to-end procurement for&nbsp;
 
 modules, BOS, structures, cables, LT/HT panels, transformers, inverters, SCADA, civil materials
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead sourcing of&nbsp;
 
 electrolyzers, compressors, storage, dryers, control systems, analyzers, and hydrogen systems
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Own category strategy, vendor negotiations, and price benchmarking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Finalize annual procurement budgets, cost reduction targets, and strategic buys.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Vendor Development &amp; Contracting
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build &amp; manage a competitive vendor ecosystem across:
 </li>
 <li>
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Solar EPC
 </li>
 <li>
 Green Hydrogen
 </li>
 <li>
 Electrolyzer components
 </li>
 <li>
 BESS (cells, containers, PCS, EMS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate technical + commercial fit; maintain vendor scorecards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, negotiate, and finalize&nbsp;
 
 POs, work orders, rate contracts, and AMC/O&amp;M contracts
 
 .
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Project Supply Chain Execution
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure on-time material delivery for all projects across India.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with Engineering, Projects, PMC, QA/QC, and Finance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement a clear&nbsp;
 
 MRN &rarr; GRN &rarr; Billing &rarr; Payment
 
 &nbsp;cycle discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve site bottlenecks proactively (material shortfalls, delays, logistics issues).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 4. Cost Optimization
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Achieve quarterly cost-reduction targets through:

 <li>
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Alternative sourcing
 </li>
 <li>
 Bulk buying
 </li>
 <li>
 Vendor consolidation
 </li>

 Technical value engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Benchmark international pricing (China, Korea, Europe).

 5. Systems, Compliance &amp; Governance
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Implement structured procurement workflows, dashboards, and MIS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs, audit norms, and tender requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive digitization of SCM (ERP, procurement tools, vendor databases).
 </li>

 10&ndash;18 years of experience in SCM for EPC / renewable energy.
