Monday to Friday 40 hours a weekThere will be travel in between apartment complex locations, travel time is paid and gas reimbursement is providedResponsibilities include<ul><li>Clean units when they become vacant</li><li>Clean units after maintenance / construction</li><li>Clean common areas - hallways, breezeways, toilets, offices, etc.</li><li>Carpet Cleaning (we will train you)</li><li>Light household maintenance - change light bulbs, change batteries, change outlet covers, change air filters etc.</li><li>Answer and make phone calls</li><li>Respond to Resident inquiries</li><li>Inspect units and the property</li><li>Take photos and upload to software</li><li>Use the property management software and other software</li><li>leasing,</li><li>collections,</li><li>unit turns (project management)</li><li>occasional off hour emergency calls (on rotation)</li><li>Other administrative tasks</li><li>Drive between apartment complex locations</li></ul>Experience needed:<ul><li>Cleaning</li><li>Customer Service</li><li>Time Management and Self Management</li><li>Software and technology skills (use of online software like MS word, or Google Suite)</li><li>project management preferred but not required. we will train you</li><li>property management experience not required, real estate experience not required.
