Our mission is to help clients amplify their reach, build authority, and generate leads through strategic podcasting and content marketing.Role OverviewThe HR Officer will work closely with the HR Manager &amp; Cofounder to support daily HR operations from screening/ shortlisting of a talented pool of candidates from recruitment coordination and onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open roles (Social Media Managers, Video Editors, Designers, Strategists, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring leads.</li><li>Shortlist and screen resumes, maintaining an updated talent pool for current and future vacancies.</li><li>Assist in recruitment by sending assessments and evaluating candidates to ensure a smooth hiring workflow of qualified talent.</li><li>Support HR Manager in monitoring probation periods, confirmations, and performance review timelines.</li><li>Keep internal HR records, contracts, and employee files organized and up to date.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly quarterly performance review reports of internal team members.</li><li>Help plan internal communication updates, performance reminders, and engagement activities.</li><li>Gather and summarize employee feedback for HR review.</li><li>Ensure communication tone across HR touchpoints aligns with GHA Marketing&rsquo;s culture professional, clear, and respectful.</li><li>Assist in maintaining confidentiality of employee data and HR documentation.</li><li>Support HR Manager and cofounders in policy rollouts, compliance updates, and record verification.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, HR management in (agency or service-based setup preferred).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and familiarity with tracking tools.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1-2: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
